With preparation, development, and application (PDA) one will receive increased gains in each of the desired areas of strength, speed, power, and endurance. Exclusive focuses on the biomechanical principles of lifting to increase maximal strength, power, and endurance within our multi-disciplinary approach. These programs consist of resisted/assisted, tempo, hypertrophic, and plyometric designed exercises to aid in one's individual development.
