WHAT IS THE MVProcess?

At MVP Academy, our commitment to developing outstanding athletes and families is guided by five pillars that form the core of our MVProcess. These pillars show the values and principles that drive our organization to achieve excellence both on and off the court. Trusting the MVProcess means embracing these pillars wholeheartedly:

Continuous Improvement: To consistently push your limits and strive for both personal and team growth, on and off the court, by continuously putting in relentless effort.

Team Commitment and Sacrifice: Success is achieved through prioritizing team goals and needs, attending all events, and supporting everyone in the program. This may mean sacrificing personal needs for the team/club benefit. Building a strong cohesive team/club.

Selflessness: Recognizing and valuing the contributions of each team/club member on and off the court. This includes being willing to create opportunities for others and accepting decisions that puts the team/club first.

Trust and Accountability: Trusting the process involves acknowledging one’s shortcomings and being receptive to different perspectives. It requires seeking guidance and holding yourself, your family, and team/club to high standards.

Building a Whole Person: The MVP Process is about being a better person on and off the court- developing not just technical skills, but also building character, integrity, and empathy. Making you an MVP for life!
